A very good morning to you. This morning may not be good for trading. Market is on the strong resistance level.It has to decide short term trend. Based on the negative global cues it looks that our market will react to it and will trend downward.

Since morning I have not written for you. Market is really very volatile and this small rally will come to an end today. No long position should be carried over, wait for some time to create fresh shorts. Market will close in red it seems. Shares which have risen too much in these 3 days can be short sold.

The day has finally ended with good and happy notes as expected. This rally should continue for a while. Any short position is risky as there will be sharp short term rally.Market should open with happy notes tomorrow as well.
Let me share a trading fact. Generally, it is seen that the Companies share price rises gradually in a day before its results are expected and irrelevant with the type of results whether good or bad, it falls as soon as results are announced. It means the price is at peak at the time of the announcement of the results.We can trade in such share for intra day and without investing money make profit, just we have to keep track of the result calender. Try this fact !!

Sectors to watch today: Banking and Healthcare. Avoid Capital goods sector.

You must have noticed that even in bearish market , you have a lot of opportunities to earn, if traded wisely and if you have trustworthy information. Today, I bothered you many times on and often, the reason was to point out numerous opportunity to trade. As expected, market closed in green but relatively flat.

Market is bearish and will take support at around sensex 8450 for giving a sharp a few days bull rally in bear market. According to me, cover your short positions tomorrow before 2-30pm. It is long week end and market will open on Tuesday 27th Jan and soon F&O expiry will come. Short covering will give some upside to market. You may take opportunity and go long tomorrow end, of course we will meet tomorrow during the market and decide.

Market is making new bottoms so even if it gets upside, it will not last long. I see final down point around sensex 6500 within this year. If it happens to be incorrect nobody else would be happier than me !!

For tomorrow's pick you may see earlier posts or we will meet during the market.

You are well aware that the market is still in bearish trend.During such trend one should not venture out buying or going long even when one knows that the scrip is good and can rise, instead go short or sell the stock where you are sure of falling price.Though I said I will start giving picks from 1st of next month, I could not resist talking to you on few sure shots.Lets see who is following my blog dedicatedly !!
Those who are trading in derivative markets, go short on Chambal Fert., Balrampurchini, Akruti city, Bharat petro.These will give sharp fall and fast earning.I can see fall of nearly Rs.10 in Balrampurchini i.e. it can go from today's close of 52 approx to Rs.42.The same way i can see fall of min Rs.5 in Chambal. These result can be viewed within a day or two-three. Either u take position and exit when u satisfied with your earning or certainly i will give exit call bt dont wait till that.
You will wonder why i have not given stop loss !! Obviously, because am sure of what i said !!.
I have even stock names where you can go long but one should not venture out tht at this time.

It is not that always in bear market you have to go short and cant go long , when bear market gives bull rally it is very sharp and in short time it can give good return if you go long but it requires daring. Who will dare where even angles dare to trade !! But at that time if you are short, God only can save you. So plan your trading style and strategy today and then dare.
